Smart move belair, I'd be waiting firstly for approval of this going ahead and secondly the financing arrangements before splashing hard-earned cash at these prices. The way its trading atm would probably expect a rights issue of some sort. Interestingly no timeline was given on when they expect to attain regulatory and shareholder approval. Guess they need to work out financing arrangements first before this can happen.
