Wow... how low can this go. Low single digit P/E of around 6x in a business with growing revenues (albeit with issues at Western Biomedical). Surely Pioneer Pharma will be tempted to move up to 20% at these prices, if their business case stacked up at $0.90.
Will be interesting to see if the numbers improve as a consequence of COVID-19. Will also be interesting to see if Device Technologies make a play at this.
