Wow for as long as I have been on HC, which has been a long time, I have never come across a more disrespectful poster.
There are many wonderful things about being a NEU shareholder, including being part of what has been a fantastic NEU forum. There are too many legendary posters to call out individually, but for the most part this has been the most civilised respectful forum I have been a part of on HC.
Unfortunately with success, also comes more riff raff. And we have seen the worst of it here.
Yes, obviously there has been some success.. and many of us have enjoyed the financial reward this brings, particularly long termers like myself who have have held for 10+ years, BUT this is not mutually exclusive with being extremely grateful for the positive impact Daybue is having on improving the lives of the Rett syndrome community.
Mel, I would also like to apologise for what has played out in this thread. WAG can and has said it much much better than I ever could, but thank you for sharing your personal story with us, you and Katie have been inspirational for many around here.
I also wish you and Katie all the best for 2024 and beyond
