this just my cynical nature but I think that the STO board has created an opportunity for the shorts to push down the STO price, thereby reducing the value of the STOR. They then buy up all the available STOR on the cheap and presto the STO price will increase. Just speculating but seems like an opportunity for the shorts with access the lots of shares. If this is the case then expect this SP to start with a 3 in the next few days.
Not holding STO but will by soon thanks to the shorts.
