What recurring revenue are you referring to? They are only just in the process of signing up clients now. You obviously don't know a thing about this company if you are looking at their current revenue to gauge a value. Everyone here knows the full revenue potential is some way off yet and are not buying for that reason.

We see the potential 1-Page has to disrupt the HR space with a product no competitor can dream of matching and companies like Amazon are fast tracking to get on board. Who cares what your current company does or is valued at it has not relevance to what 1-Page is doing.
