Conjecture ..... dare I say Touting aside......... does the financial position of the firm at present.....Large shareholders eventing minimal, but tactical liquidations, and the 6 debt holders, who were settled with equivalent stock awards, under no requirements to not sell, I may be wrong on this, as the price and particulars of the debt settlements were never published, is the company setting up for a new Capital raise.

A Pivot, a different technology, potentially complimentary, as I am not sure Version 2 will be an answer, is a worthy target of new funds, share supply may continue to be made available.

This is a time when there are funds and Pivots available.

And as I have said before, a reverse split would seem to be in order.
