happy new year all

Well this was a year of learning experiences. If we live in Hope it will not dissapoint us because there is always a future for those living in hope. The financial crisis suffered this year will lead to a new era and if you see it as a new chance of opportunity I think you will do well. It is often here where it is a new beginning.

BJT is no different with NTA around $1.90 this share has been decimated unfairly. Personally I think we will see a steady move up from here as it is still declaring a good dividend every 6 months. With Directors buying many shares I think they know where this company is heading once it seperates itself from BNB and real estate trusts start to come back in favour.
