Well you have sort of written a book with numerous examples, you just have to combine all of your posts (or shall we says 'hoots') into one learned piece of work
All I will say further on the subject, is that as the majority here are not short term technical traders we should not get hung up on gaps (amongst the numerous other types of hang-ups that we have with the markets)
