It easy 50% chance that the answer will be correct. An optimist would answer "Nasdaq rallying hard - Livetiles flat" but a pessimist would answer "Nasdaq rallying hard - Livetiles down". LVT does not care about Nasdaq it has its own rules on how it is traded. Investors who are trading LVT do not have a look at Nasdaq they are more interested in just decreasing MC. I think the rules to trade LVT are similar to a Dutch auction.
