Static intranets might be an old term, but employee engagement is VERY current and I believe there is mega value in the existing customer base supported by reasonable ARR in the right hands. This could be an opportunity for "leadership" to innovate the LVT tech and take it to market in a consistent manner, but I don't think they can. Hence why I believe the opportunity now is for a GSI to buy the ARR & customer base at a bargain (~$300M) and then take it to the next level.
