Well if it is a takeover then what would you think is a good price? I dont think Karl and pete will accept anything below 5 x ARR which is above 30c. But i dont think they would sell now anyways. If we go by what they said in the call and the covid relief hangover is done and we get retention rates a lot higher then we can expect a lot highr ARR and cash receipts and thus SP a lot higher. They would wait for this so they can be in a strong position to negotiate for when or if any takeover offer comes.
