@wolfie82 It seems like your pushing for a T/O which isnt surprising that some posters start pushing for a T/O when its at the lowest SP and sentiment is at lowest. This fits right into the theory of the SP being manipulated on purpose for a T/O. . I can assure you they wont accept 30c and wont leave. Reasons is they get 1m a year in salary, they believe the company is on the turnaround and have made some really good investments ( my net zero being the only questionable one at the moment.), they have signed multiple large clients, they have done the hard work in reducing overheads and still increase ARR and Cash receipts. SO would not make sense for them to sell now and for such a low price. If next 2 4Cs come in bad then yes then they will consider a T/O offer. But if it comes in with good numbers then you can forget it. They will be looking for a $1 SP valuation.
