Yup I reckon this one should pop really hard if the AUD price keeps running...
Not without risks, it is marginal...but these type of plays usually do the best long term in terms of delta (percentage gains) in the big commodity moves simply because they have been priced for failure really - For arguments sake and simple calculations, lets just say the real ASIC actually is $1,600 (unlikely) as per previous progastinations - at $1,900 AUD gold and approacning 100,000 oz p/a they are already looking at $30mill net profit - absolute worst case scenario - if gold runs hard (likely) this will increase very very quickly, hopefully staving off the debt very quickly and hopefully de-risking the project.
