I used to be in the "lets get to free carried" on my speculative stocks as well. Unfortunately that has cost me 26,000 of my original 50,000 CMR holding. Yes its great I am free carried on 24,000 at $5.60 but I really beleive in the story so keeping the original holding would have been the sensible thing to do. I could sell half my holdings in AGS and URA today and be free carried on the rest ( and have a few dollars to play with ) but have decided that the story on both is compelling and so will keep with my full holding in both and accept the risks with keeping my capital fully invested. Each to their own but staying fully invested in a story you beleive in ( and I think the U story is only just starting ) is the best way to maximise your potential gains.

Good luck for 2007 ... have a decent chunk of your portfolio in good U stocks and you won't need it though !!!
