Possibly the most revealing post , to me anyway, goes to a bear. Grant..... posted a chart on the landbanking process and how a few hold up to 33 years of land and will drip feed it to the market to keep prices up. I don't believe that anyone waiting for price crashes here , in the metro areas, has a hope in hell of seeing that fulfilled. Far too many vested interests at play. For your own wealth building those not in the market need to see the reality as an ideological position will make you poor . The challenge really is how to pay for the dwelling to get in and unshackle from mortgage asap.
