Just be patient.
Commercial deals require all parties to enter into contract which are prepared by lawyers
Most legal firms and their staff are away on Xmas holidays and return possibly on Monday 5th or 12th january
If contracts were prepared prior to the break then they would require all parties to sign. I believe that the contracts should be in draft form awaiting for further discussions with all parties involved including the respective legal advice. All this takes time and so I believe the end of January is more likely for the announcement
