Well, I'm glad that my original post on 2/1/19 has brought out some interesting discussions! This forum was bereft of comments for quite a few days prior to this. 

And I still remain "optimistic" that Volt will achieve its business plan and become a mining company in the future! That is not stating in any way that it is a "done deal" or a "mere formality".

Volt is still a high risk, spec stock, but it is just 1 signature away from being able to raise the funds needed for developing their stage 1 mine! It is waiting for approval from the Tanzanian CMSA. Hopefully this signature is gained soon. Then the fundraising process can begin. I am "optimistic" that the funds can be raised and that mining will begin this year! 

Volt investors know the risks, but the upside comes if the company does become a Graphite miner. With an unprecedented future demand for Graphite, several companies already on the books willing to buy Volt's Graphite ore, a low establishment cost for stage 1 mine development, a 1.4 year capital cost pay back after full production is achieved, and only 6% of the huge tenements having been explored, there is the "potential" for a huge upside for the stock. That is what the shareholders are "optimistic" about!!!  

The upside for the sp, is that the Market "may" value Volt in the future with a market cap in the order of "perhaps" $120m to $150m or a sp in the range of 8c to 10c! That is why shareholders are holding the stock, aiming for a rise in the company's sp!! They haven't bought the shares just to be invited to the AGM!!! In fact, if Volt does become a mid-tier Graphite miner, or even one of the top 3 Graphite mining companies in the world, which they have previously stated that they are aiming for, then the Market may well value Volt with a high market cap and a sp above 10c??

The risks are there, but the rewards could be great! Good luck to all shareholders and I hope that some more positive news is released by the company soon!
