Yep, another crappy comment with no apology for his error!
I stated my opinion, that VRC's sp mightreach a price of 8c to 10c in the future, which isn’t much more than the6.9c Edison’s valuation that Pel used to criticise me about! Totally pathetic!
I obtained that figure based on the Edison quotes of a sp in the range of 6.9cto 9.6c, the opinion of my stockbroker and discussion with my investor friends.But in the end, it is my opinion only, and if Pel doesn't like it,tough!
But why the hell are investors holding VRC stock??? They are taking a riskholding this spec stock because they are optimistic that Volt's sp isgoing to rise!!! And I believe that the vast majority of holders would havesome sort of opinion on what Volt's sp might be in the future!
I use “what if” scenariosto predict possible future share prices. There are many variables to considerincluding income, profit, price to earnings ratios, capital costs, runningcosts, market expectations and enthusiasm etc.
My stockbroker does the same with the stocks that he recommends to his clients.One stock that he is recommending investors to buy now is CBA, which was $82 afew months ago, dropped to $66 and is around $72 now. He is optimistic that CBA's sp willrise if things go to plan for the company.
On a similar basis, if, things go to plan for VRC, then its spwill rise. So, the “what if” becomes: What if Volt becomes aGraphite mining company. What will the sp be? My belief is that a sp of 8c to 10c is possible. Edison’s have quoted6.9c to 9.6c, whilst others may think 5c to 12c, who knows? Then further downthe track, “what if” Volt becomes one of the top 3 Graphite miningcompanies in the world? What would its sp be? We've already seen SYRreach a market cap of $1.6b. If Volt does become a top Graphitemining company then its sp has the potential to reach 20c+, or a market cap of $300m, IMHO!
No one knows what the future holds for any of the ASX stocks and for Volt. Peoplebuy stocks, and accept the risks, based on optimism that the sp of the stockswill rise. Volt only needs 1 more approval to begin the process of fundraising.How successful that fundraising is, will determine the entire future of the company!!
Only time will tell, but I remain optimistic in the future of the company, fromwhat we know to date!
