Hopefully, Volt is very close to securing the approval of the Tanzanian CMSA for it to begin the process of listing on **promotion blocked** and raising the capital needed to begin mining!
Along with Volt and Trevor, I remain optimistic that this will happen in due course.
From there, the fun begins in raising the funds. No doubt, there would be some investors who have made verbal commitments to the company. One must hope that all the necessary funds are secured quickly and easily.
As many fine contributors here have posted, the future demand for Graphite will be phenomenal, way beyond our comprehensions at present. Volt has stated that it has buyers for the ore in stage 1 of mining. Stage 2 is where the real money rolls in and the net pay back time is stated at just 1.4 years! With only 6% of their tenements having been explored for Graphite, the potential upside to Volt appears to be excellent.
Hopefully these plans come into fruition quickly and smoothly. The year ahead could be very exciting!

"While most of the conditions relate to the provision of further information or points of clarification, the keycondition is the approval of the Note prospectus by the Tanzanian Capital Markets and Securities Authority(“CMSA”
. While this approval is yet to be obtained, Volt is confident of receiving the approval in the nearfuture."
The final approval hurdle: it is this group that needs to give Volt its approval!
