There are some absolute gems in here, including their constitution.

According to an ASIC search that I've done these guys have paid up capital of $5.6m yet their own capital raising presentation says that they have $8.5m? They also say in that same presentation that they only have 77m shares on issue (Jan 2009) but they issued 100m A class shares alone last year and a further 53.7m Ordinary shares to mug investors.

Go figure.

What do ya reckon the quality of their sub underwriters are?

Obviously not much because if they had any chance of making good they would NOT have extended the offer.
