Yep well that 1c didn't come easy, and IMO the lack of forward guidance with regard to dividends, is largely because the Board has no resolved intentions at this stage.

I would speculate that if performance guidance is met or exceeded, we can expect at least the same 1c at year's end, or maybe increased. Ilogically, I think it has a bit to do with SP too - independent of results. If the SP firms up and it looks like shareholders are happy with the company, they maybe more likely to reward IMO. However, should the price languish with holders seeming unhappy, then payout might suffer especially given that the dominant shareholder doesn't seem to hunger for the dividend cheque. So please guys - BUY IT UP!

Anyway, I believe SOT will do well, will pay us, and is in some ways, a defencive stock in the current market, albeit a small one.
