    Not happy.

    Over paid for a company we already had control of.

    Over paid for a licence that could have been aquired for by application with significantly less expense. (admittedly at the expense of time.)

    My holdings and voting rights are now a fraction of what they were with very little to show for it.

    Bring on the members meeting.
