Regarding dilution David has stated many times he would not want to dilute unless it was absolutely necessary. So, i guess it would come down to how quick they would want to expand should the opportunity present itself. IMO
I do believe the current directors would look after the current shar holders should there be any dilution if ever. But it does appear as though they are trying their best to avoid dilution.
