    32m in specie subject to shareholder meeting/approval in July (5 days). You must be champing at the bit. Currently, the 40m is in escrow for 24 months. No matter what, GIR will retain 12%. Very few shares on offer for a 4 week window of opportunity for some - unfortunately not for GIR holders atm. Good luck.
