    1. I would assume that the destruction of obsolete weapons is only a part of their inventory? If so, what percentage of the entire inventory is being destroyed? 25%, 50% or 100%?

    2. Does the destruction leave a requirement for new weaponry to be purchased immediately?

    You can read this announcement a few ways.

    I must say it was also timed to perfection, based on a new low of .04 cents.
