also the amount of shares in the market is not the issue,
the issue is about investor sentiment, this will change from tonight onwards!!!
look at BHP it has 5.32B shares outstanding, and the s price is $31, so you really can't compare the number of shares to reflect value and price as it is not a direct correlation.
anyways lyc IMHO is the bhp of rare earths as it will be producing billions of dollars worths of product!!
