PR advisers job is not just summarising daily media headlines and editing press releases. Purple.....use your media contacts to set up interviews (not just BRR)...talk to guys who do financial opinion pieces...bloomberg, trade mags whatever....just get on the blower. As an ex-banker who worked with PR firms i know you have to push these guys to do something. Otherwise you'll just get the daily morning crap of summarised media headlines blah blah blah and no value add
