In peters last interview he mentioned needing to raise money for next drilling program.. so no doubt the market is waiting on further update on next CR.
the downfall in share price is on very light volume ... although i would like a CR at 15-20c not current levels.. HAR has been hit extra hard in comparison to others in the U space. holding long term and accumulating at these levels .
