SP has been battling for many reasons. Mainly, resource needs to increase which requires cash for drilling. HAR have been low on cash for a while, so a cap raise was invertible, and the market knows this. Also couple this with a poor market sentiment towards Uranium and you get yourself a low SP. Both however now improving, so next few months could be interesting for HAR. Something I would also like to see improve is management interests being aligned with shareholders i.e. some buying on-market, hopefully management participate in the cap raise and show some confidence.
