Not the chinese censoring the site - looks like it was Ferrier Hodgson
Have emailed FH and ASIC about the website being closed down
Expressed concern that it was done at the very time shareholders are being asked to provide evidence of misleading and deceptive conduct by compass so that they can be admitted as creditors
Think I incuded it in last update to those on our mailing list that ASIC say they can't force FH or other to open the website

I note that the intention of redirecting the CMR website was to provide a clear medium of communication in which creditors and shareholders could access updates on the administration status.
Ferrier Hodgson (“FH”) has no interest in limiting anyone’s ability to validate claims; doing so would only provide obstacles in adjudicating them at a later stage.
We are considering your request for the site to be re-established and will revert to you in relation to this as soon as we are able.
http://www.compassresources.com.au/ is sttill being redirected to the FH site
No doubt the site will be reopened - the question is - will it be before or after the it is too late to prove as a creditor
It is my opinion that in closing the website and thus denying shareholders access to the fairly damning info on the site is in essence denying us natural justice
Do I trust FH in the least - well I half did - until they closed the website Even less now since they said 10 days ago that they were considering the request to reopen it but remain to do so
Have a look around thier site
UNless they have changed things recently you can still access the websites of a number of companies they have under admin
so why single CMR out
The reason is obvious in my mind
