That's a real interesting charting tool . If you look at the prices against average income , it looks like after overshooting everyone is heading back to the 30 year trend.
Suggests to me that we've got a little way to go.
Interesting in " prices in real terms " how we continued on while Britain and the US were falling . I guess that's a good comment on the difference between our economies ? Be interesting to see it in a couple of years now that the US is rebounding a bit.
