I completed a little block of apartments three months ago in down town Sydney and I'm still waiting for compliance from energy Australia, I've paid for two extra power poles in the start of my project....well they say next week and next week, the saga continues.
I won't even start, with the problems I'm having with the local council.

as for Browns, the approval process was faster than a development application for a house and the construction of our plant has been excellent considering the lack of labour and building materials in this stage of the construction cycle.

I say..... once again....... if we delay a few months, so be it, Ive been on this ship for years anyway.
