Just read the notice from FMG about the aquisition by Hunan Valin of its %16.5 stake. Looks like Harbinger sold its stake to Hunan at $2.28 a share. I'm not sure what Falcone's entry point was but I think he's taken a hit. If he's looking for liquidity at FMG I wonder what his thoughts are on his MMX stake at the moment? Just like the lows of last November, the markets are testing the bottoms again and if it falls significantly lower again all the Yank funds will be looking to get out at any price.
The CHM saga will make it to court so all holders can have some finality. The litigation funder will get them there. We need this matter to sorted out as soon as possible.
