There may be too much resistance for the deal to go through, because the offer price is approximately half of the SP between 2007 and 2014, never below $10 during the period of 'great depression'. On basis of responses here, there could be a large number of share holders are still underwater.
So, what's going to happen to the SP if the TO collapse? Frankly, it had reached my $6 target and I sold 2/3 of my holdings.
