where did you hear or see that the “greens” rejected the new mine plan.

in that interview i posted a day or so ago. Bernie mentioned working with both FWS and BLM regarding the plant species. Before resubmitting mine permit.

FWS determines species endangeredness and BLM give land permits. I fail to see that our management who have ticked every box so far would resubmit a permit that is also likely to fail. I juat dont see that being the case quite frankly. The next permit should pass with flying colours.

If your referring to CfB they came out and blatantly opposed this mine. That wouldnt change if Bernard himself started turning green when discussing how green the project is to them. Its easy to be one eyed when you only have 1 agenda! Thankfully their opinions mean very little at this stage.
