Good Luck Spider !!!
I reckon your timing is spot on - personally did not think it would sink this low but has to be a bargain IMO.
I think it has been beaten down by the prawn expansion dilution and fear of slower return for the large investment.
But imo the board of TGR has acted decisively in acquiring a good size of the current Aus market with clearly articulated goals and plans to expand their share and improve return on capital.
While TGR have been surfing(coasting) on the growth of the Salmon market over most of the last 5-10 years, they have shown strategic thinking in their DeCosti acquisition and their natural expansion into the Prawn business.
Long term i see great value and their current dividend suggests that future (possible) capital growth will be just icing on the cake.
Sure the risks are there but the percentages based on past performance are most appealing in a low yielding market environment - imo
Good luck to all LTH!
