It's probably best that you re-read the prawn acquisition prospectus; but, in brief (don't quote me on the detail):

•Tassal has bought three existing prawn farms. These farms are already harvesting.
•These farms have already been granted licenses for expansion, which Tassal now inherits.
•The money from this CR will be used to roughly triple prawn production across all three farms.
•Even after the expansion (to be completed in around three years), there is further growth potential in the domestic prawn market.
