Agreed, bigchops. From a low of just 7.6c on 28 August the BCB share price has nearly doubled in the three weeks since. Moreover, the rise has been slow and steady, supported by decent volumes. Currently, buyers outnumber sellers (both in number and volume) in a ratio of around 3:1. The price of coking coal remains strong, and there are glimmers of a revival in the Chinese economy. What’s not to like?
What we need now is a strong production report from BCB next month, with healthy production volumes, strong sales and shipping volumes and effective cost control. Hopefully too the future of the Bluff mine will be clarified, and an assurance given that debt repayments are being/will be met.
Subject to that, there’s no reason why the BCB share price could not be back to 20c or higher by Christmas. Good luck to all investors!
