IMO today's fall was more about the broader market sentiment than any real worries about dilution. I think it's all of this 'doomsday Brexit' media BS that's making people skittish:

I'm working in London at the moment and let me tell you, the punters are tipping 70% that the UK will stay in the EU. Make of that what you will, but I think we'll see our little Maggie bounce back shortly after the Brexit referendum next week. IMHO.
