Hi Sparecash,
If the plant is operating at 2/3 capacity as you stated and the company is claiming to be recovering 87% of the contained graphite, Why is the plants output only expected to reach 1/3 by the end of July.
I think you are starting to work out the BS, but I think it is coming from somewhere else.
