your not on the wrong thread if you hold CHM, I started this thread to try and get some hard facts about the CHM vs MMX cases. So all are welcome (just couldn't open it as MMX/CHM)..... So far the thread has stayed on track and everyone has their grown up heads on....

So whats all this about 2 cheques then ????

In regard to CHM possibly being offered more scrip to settle before the court case that puts CHM in a sticky position doesn't it? After all, it would then be in their interest for MMX to do well. They wouldn't want the share price to fall too far would they???
