    MMX is a ASX200 stock not some Penny dreadful like CHM, Theres large institutions with million or hundreds of millions invested in MMX and they have teams of their own legal advisers, if CHM is about to walk out of court with half MMX's assets or enough to do it real damage why arent they all selling out of MMX now and dumping it?
