    I will suggest again you contact MMx directly about the comments DHOUY has made you may then get an informative answer.Its easy to make assumptions about what has happened here but assumptions are often wrong.As a shareholder you have a right to ask questions and they will reply if you are sensible when asking its a much better way than believing what is written here.
