the worst options trade i made was selling a reasonably substantial number of NAB puts one morning when it looked to have brocken upside resistance. That afternoon i turned on the TV and behold the "rogue trader" incident. F$#k!!. Not only did the shares plummet but can you imagine how high the intrinsic volatility went!! Everyone was scrambling to get some puts and it cost me a fortune to get mine back . . ..... many more to go with this story ......
I heard a great piece of wisdom the other day: Its not knowing when to act that will make you money. Its knowing when to sit and wait that will! good luck all
