Its my guess only but I think what MSB meant to say or was thinking was that yes they are probably breaking patents but the point is they will never get to market by marketing/selling patent breaking tech.
And chasing everybody now is a big expenditure of lawyers fees. (which it is). But they probbaly should pick a "scape goat" to terrify the rest....
As for the SP. Jesus....I'm totally in Vinn's camp on this one. Its been seen again and again that this is all just funny money bot businesses. How do u all forget that when it gets demonstrated again and again.
