Your second paragraph pretty much sums up the hopes of both alot of investors and one would think management aswell, considering they have mentioned this in previous news articles.
With respect to the questions asked by the original poster, I don't think the shareprice would be sitting where it is, if the answer to some of those questions were obtainable with a positive outcome. The share price currently reflects the stock's speculative nature, and once certainty in sales is attained, then we will see a move upwards.
