With regards to taking on debt, its a pretty tough market out there! If that option was taken, I would think some assurity of orders would need to be given to the financer? Maybe an order is in the pipeline but finance requirements preceeding this were considered necessary for the companies business plan which includes any contingencies.
Someone with a bit more knowledge on finance industry may comment?
