I agree with you Rasberry - when there is such big money involved, "big money" always seems to find a way around obstacles.
Having said that, I don't think that the existing shareholders will benefit much from a "new mine", my guess is that we would be lucky to see 10% of our investment at the end of the day - lets hope that the families of the miners are at least looked after.
