That was simply a typo. Meant to state 10 August 2012 instead of 10 April 2012.

You on the otherhand stated on the 12 August 2012 that no money had been received by the company and a placement was not yet a done deal when the Change in substantial shareholder notice clearly states otherwise with consideration received on the 10 August 2012. .

Can't understand why you find it so difficult to admit you are wrong and the need to make unnecessarily condescending remarks in your posts. The facts are clear for all to see. You didn't believe that they had successfully carried out a placement but it is obvious now that they have.

Like I stated before... Get over yourself.
