You're right with regard to the MOU/placement comment that I had made. I was not aware of the actual placement when I made that posting since I had seen the press release only. My mistake. I admit it. Nevertheless your April comments were wrong and my objection to that was correct.

You said they were leasing ore sorters but they are not using any ore sorters at all during phase 1 (the tailings phase). Do we agree on that?
You said the "feasibility study will be finalised in the current quarter" but clearly this is not what they had said. The company had said they were going to publish the key results of the study toward the end of the year. Do you still hold up your "conclusion" or do you agree to me now?
Again, my thesis is CNQ (with increasing probability each day low throughput rates persist) does not have enough cash to fund its operatins and fix the plant issues without tapping the capital market which poses the threat of another issuance of shares.
